Arts, Crafts, Sculptors and Artists in Cornwall

Artists began painting in Cornwall in the late nineteenth century, led by the Newlyn School and the well known Stanhope Forbes. Its fame lives on today and artists are still attracted by the light in places such as Newlyn, St Ives and Penzance and Cornwall has always held a fascination for painters and sculptors alike.

A variety of media, including oils, acrylics, photography, sculpture and jewellery can be found by artists associated with Cornwall.
